C11000 Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper (ETP)
The most common and readily available Copper Alloy. ETP- Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper is used for production of wire, rod, plate, sheet and strip. It is the choice for bus connections, switch & panel boards, circuit breakers and power feed systems because of its high electrical conductivity, case of soft of silver soldering.
This alloy is also used in the distillery kettle vats, pressure vessels and other such like process equipment. Its resistance to corrosion enables longevity.
Roofing Copper C11000 Cold Rolled
Copper had been used in building construction for centuries. NWM offers a complete size range of C11000 Cold Rolled Roofing Sheet. Copper sheet has been used in the construction roofing industry for over 100 years. Copper has a unique decorative appearance with its aesthetically pleasing green patina hue that forms over time. Copper roofs have a very economical appeal as its longevity will outperform basic construction material.
C10100 Oxygen Free Electronic Grade Copper
C10100- Oxygen Free Electronic Grade Copper is the highest grade of copper at 99.99% purity. A commercially pure high conductivity copper which has been produced in such manner as to contain no oxide or residual deoxidants. It has a very high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.
C10200 Oxygen Free High Conductivity Copper
C10200 Oxygen Free High Conductivity Copper combines most of the advantages of ETP Copper and Deoxidized Copper. C10200 has a high thermal electrical conductivity which is good for severe deep drawing, spinning and close radius binding. It is used in electronic tubes or similar applications because it makes a perfect seal to glass. C10200 is excellent for electrical purposes as its conductivity is much higher than that of what deoxided can offer. Oxygen - Free Copper is often specified.
C- Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper
This type of copper differs from ETP Copper C1100 in that it has lower electrical and thermal conductivity, but it forms and bends more readily in more difficult applications. It's used in applications requiring hot working, annealing soldering, brazing or welding operations in which residual phosphorus prevents the absorption of oxygen by the copper. This type of copper is recommended in sheets or plates that are to be welded.
C- Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper is widely used in pipes and tubes for plumbing, gas, oil lines, refrigeration, condensers, pulp & paper lines, brewery & distillery tubes, brew kettles, vats and industrial tanks.

As well it has properties of high conductivity, elasticity and tensile strength. An aged harden material Beryllium Copper is the best choice for miser switch connector, terminal relay and high precision spring parts.
Typical Applications:Beryllium Copper is used for is in plastic injection molding and metal die castings, bushings, bearings for the aerospace industry and in the oilfields for drilling collars, instrument housings and springs.

Copper Nickel is extensively used in corrosion and bio-fuel resistant application, such as in components for desalination plants, seawater intakes, piping systems, heat exchangers and condensers. The material is particularly adaptable for forming and or welding applications.
